Frequently Asked Questions

Common queries about visiting our parks

Can I visit multiple parks in one day?

Yes! You can visit 2-3 parks in a day. We recommend Singapore Zoo in the morning, River Wonders or Bird Paradise in the afternoon, and Night Safari in the evening.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Small snacks and water bottles are permitted. However, we have many dining options available at each park with various cuisines and dietary options.

What should I wear?

Comfortable walking shoes are essential. Light, breathable clothing is recommended for Singapore's tropical climate. Bring a light jacket for air-conditioned areas.

Is photography allowed?

Yes, photography is encouraged! However, flash photography is strictly prohibited at Night Safari and in certain exhibits to protect our animals.

Are there storage facilities?

Yes, coin-operated lockers are available at all parks. Rates start from $3 for small lockers.

Can I re-enter the park on the same day?

Same-day re-entry is allowed with a hand stamp. Simply inform staff when exiting.
